How To Order
- Select a category from the menu on the right hand side of the homepage
- Once a category is chosen, you can browse the Gift Box Gallery range and select a gift
- Often the category has multiple pages to view. The page numbers are displayed at the top and bottom of each page. You do not have to view these pages chronologically; you can skip to whichever page you wish to view
- For a more detailed description about a gift, click on the product. This will take you to a content list and description of the gift
- To purchase this item, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. This will take you to ‘Shopping Cart’ where you can view or make alterations to your selection/s
- Once you are satisfied with your selection, you can proceed to ‘Checkout’ to begin the ordering process or continue to browse the Gift Box Gallery product range for more selections
- Step 1 of the ordering process: Fill out your personal details or if you are an existing member, login with your username and password to skip this section. Please note all marked fields are mandatory and if these fields are not complete, the order process cannot proceed
- Step 2 of the ordering process: Complete the delivery details and any special instructions. Please note that gifts can only be delivered during normal business hours
- Proceed to the next section to confirm all your details are correct. At this stage, you have the opportunity to amend any incorrect details by clicking on the relevant links displayed on the right column of the page
- Once you are satisfied with your order, continue to the next step of the ordering process to complete your payment details and confirm your order.
- Your order request is now complete. An order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Information relating to the processing of this order along with your address and account details are accessible anytime via your 'account' section of the site, accessible via the 'View Account' graphic in the top right of the site.
