Delivery Information
Volume orders (5+) to same destination will receive a 50% discount on freight. This is calculated in the checkout.
Please note: we do not deliver weekends or Public holidays. Orders placed online over the weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
Important: Any regional, WA, TAS, NT re-deliveries may incur an additional charge which will be billed to your nominated credit card. This will not apply should you advise that the gift can be left at the premises i.e. home/work address. Further, if incorrect shipping address is entered (including recipients name, company, unit/ house number, street, suburb or postcode) and as a result, requires re-delivery, an additional delivery fee will be incurred and charged to the nominated credit card.
There are some areas within Australia that are extremely remote. These areas can incur additional delivery charges. Most destinations are serviced by our couriers and can be delivered to the door for the cost stated on our website. We will advise via phone number provided if extra charges apply.
Please ensure that the address provided is the most appropriate destination for these hours. Deliveries to recipient’s workplace is advised in the event that the recipient regularly works office hours. Also, it is requested that you authorise for the gift to be left at the reception in the event that the recipient is not available to sign for the delivery.
Gift Box Gallery contracts reliable courier services that have set terms and conditions as well as their own discretion in delivering your hamper to the recipient. Once hampers have been dispatched from our premises, any queries regarding delivery to recipient is to be taken up with the nominated courier company using your tracking number provided as a reference. We make every effort to deliver your hamper on the nominated date. However we cannot guarantee delivery on that date as all deliveries are operated by Courier services.
Gift Box Gallery accepts no responsibility for damaged or missing hampers if authority has been given for a courier to leave a gift at recipient's address without a signature.
